Terms and Conditions- Daral Nikah

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dar Al Nikah services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.

2. Registration and Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register. for marriage and listing the legal age should be 18 for women and 21 for men, Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Profile Creation and Confidentiality

Your profile is visible only to Dar Al Nikah’s internal team and shared privately with compatible families. We do not offer public profile browsing.

4. Services Provided

We provide matchmaking facilitation, optional assessments (health, financial, legal), and private introductions based on mutual compatibility and consent.

5. Premium Membership Fees

A non-refundable fee of ₹25,000 is collected for profile onboarding and coordination of included assessments.

6. Post-Marriage Service Fee

Upon successful match and nikah, we request a service fee or Hadiya of Minimum of ₹1,01,000 , or any amount in between 1 Lakh to 3 Lakhs plus taxes to be paid in appreciation for our efforts.

7. Voluntary Assessments for Premium Membership

Health, CIBIL, and police verification are voluntary and with consent. Clients may opt-out for the 5 trust check verification, but the it is nothing to do with one time onboarding fee of 25K plus taxes, but profiles with completed assessments may have more opportunities.

8. Limitations of Service

We do not guarantee marriage. Final decisions lie with families. We help reduce risk through transparency and verification, but we do not assume responsibility for match outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms or is found providing false information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under applicable jurisdiction within Bhiwandi Thane Dist India.,
